- The Regional Contracting Office, NE, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for Strategic Planning, Management and Technical Support Services to the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab in the planning, execution, analysis and evaluation of various warfighting programs. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods commencing approximately 1 October 2006. The quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is within the next 30 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) web link below. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement is a competitive 8(a) acquisition; limited to eligible 8(a) concerns; NAICS code 541330. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is! the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates to any and all documents.
