- In support of the U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility Yokosuka Japan, detachment Sasebo the Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound requires 12 each foam filled marine fenders. The required fenders are foam filled, 4ft diameter by 10ft length, super high capacity, Marine Guard brand name or equal. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 326150 size standard 500 employees. The fenders are to include shackles and hanging chains. Delivery is required no later than 31 August 2006, FOB Origin Contractor?s Facility. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
