- This is a synposis for the following commerical item: The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform services to discourage with non lethal controls, resident and migratory geese from gathering, nesting and creating a nuisance at the Monterey Pines Golf Course at the Laboratory and Recreation Area at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation. This procurement is 100% Set-aside for Small Business Concern. The contract is for a base year and two (2)-one year options. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 561710 (7342). The related small business size standard is $6 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular 2005-08 and Defense Acquisiton Circular 91-13. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ? Commerical Items, apply to this solicitation. The FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification ? Commerical Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26 -- Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35 ? DFARS 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms And Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the Internet by Electronic Solicitation at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil (paper copies will not be available). Request for Quotation will be available on or about 17 May 2006. Locate the solicitation number N62473-06-Q-8407 and follow the instructions for downloading.
