- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation No. W912BU-06-T-0052 for Replacement Gaskets for Alfa Laval Titanium Heat Exchanger for use on board the Dredge McFARLAND, Part Numbers 32330-15 09-6 (510 EA), 32263-1804-6 (24 EA) and 32263-1809-6 (180 EA). This action will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. RFQ No. W912BU-06-T-0052 will be available on or about 12 May 2006. Solicitation documents, plan s, and specifications will only be available via the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDs) system webpage at https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested parties must register as a Vendor with FedTeDs before accessing the system. In order to register as a Ven dor in FedTeDs, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system (http://www.ccr.gov). Interested offerors can access the data for this solicitation through the hyperlink established in the Federal Business Opportunities (Fe dBizOpps) system (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) announcement, which will redirect to the solicitation-specific data in FedTeDs. Registration for updates to plans and specifications should be made on the FedBizOpps webpage for this solicitation. The FedTeDs system does not allow for offerors to perform a search for solicitation data. All searches can be performed through the FedBizOpps system. Offers will be due on 23 May 2006 at 1:15 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and can be faxed to 215-656-6798, or mailed to the attention of Kate Schoenherr (CENAP-CT-S) at: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, 100 Penn Square East-Wanamaker Building, Philadelphia, PA 19107. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the solicitation. Hard copies w ill not be available. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 332410 with a size standard of 500 employees. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. All contractors must be registered in the DoDs Central Contract Registe r ( CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
