- The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery Contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services, M. J. Kirwan Lake, Wayland, Ohio. Some of the services include grass mowing, pesticide application, cleaning o f offices, restrooms, solid waste and raw sewage removal, Boundary Line Marking. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses (NAICS Code is 561210 - $32.5 Million). The period of performance will be from 1 October 2006 (or date of award, whic hever is later) through 30 September 2007, with four one-year option periods. The Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be issued approximately 31 May 2006 on-line only through FedTeDS; therefore, requests for hardcopies of the specifications will not be honored. Requests must be made by registering for this solicitation through FedTeDS at http://www.fedteds.gov. Once registered, vendors, plan rooms and printing companies will be able to download this solicitation on or after the above issuance date.
