Please include the cost of shipping in your quotes. They are not eligible for military forwarding. Due to the large quantity needed, we will award to multiple vendors if necessary. Quotes will be evaluated based on: 1. projected delivery dates 2. price 3. quality and 4. level of detail provided for each item quoted on. (i.e. photos, specifications, etc?.).
