- L-3/Integrated Systems acting on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency is seeking interested and qualified potential offerors to conduct structural repairs on the DC-10 Captive Carry Airborne Testbed(DCCAT) Wide-bodied Airborne Surveillance Platform (WASP) DC-10-10 airframe. This repair effort is in support of the Airborne Sensors program. L-3/IS will evaluate submissions for technical approach, qualifications and capability, realism of anticipated cost and schedule. This is not an offer for solicitation. This RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by L-3/IS, nor will L-3/IS pay for the information solicited.
