Description

This announcement constitutes Solicitation Number FA4801-06-T-0176, which will be issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). Anticipated award to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Per FAR 36.204, the Magnitude of the Project is estimated to be in the following range: Less than $25,000. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR 2005-07. This acquisition is to be set aside and awarded to a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. The size standard is $13,000.000.00. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall replace electrical circuits in Bldg. 1261, Holloman AFB. This process will involve installing feeder circuit. The Contractor shall install 600v 400amp 4 wire fusible safety switch in Building 1261A. The Contractor shall install approximately 15 feet of flexible cord/cable with 250amp capacity from Safety Switch to Shaker equipment. All work will be done according to the 2005 NEC standard. All specifications are included in the Statement of Work. PROJECT DETAILS: The Solicitation will include the site visit date & time and other attachments will be posted on or about 12 MAY 2006 AND MUST BE DOWNLOADED FROM FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov; DO NOT REQUEST VIA MAIL OR FAX. IMPORTANT NOTICES: 1) RFQ submission must be in accordance with solicitation. 2) You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database. (Ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). 3) All Amendments, if applicable, must Be Acknowledged.
