- It is the intent of the Government to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Consignment contract for Endovascular Supplies used in Interventional Radiology at the Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. The contract period shall be for one (1) year beginning May 20, 2006 through September 30, 2006 with the Government having the option to exercise one (1) year renewal period through September 30, 2007. Ordering requests will be made by the COTR on an as-needed basis. Consignment Agreement shall include the following items: (1) Self-expanding nitinol stents in various sizes; (2) Balloon expandable stents in various sizes; and (3) Retrievable vena cava filters in various sizes. Code for this procurement is 339113. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit a quote. All quotes received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, May 19, 2006, will be considered by the Government.
