- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW FENCE, United States Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). All work shall be performed in accordance with USCG Specification CMS-1124, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions of this contract. In general the work includes but is not limited to the following: 1.1. Provide and install approximately 165 LF of 8-ft commercial galvanized metal chain link fencing (with privacy slats) behind GSK Building #204. 1.2. Provide and install approximately 35 LF of 6-ft vinyl PVC fencing at the CO?s quarters between the house and garage. 1.3. Provide and install approximately 15 LF of 6-ft vinyl PVC fencing on the perimeter of the CO?s quarters. 1.4. Mobilization, demobilization and clean up. 1.5. Provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. 1.6. At each location the existing fence will be demolished and removed by the Coast Guard. Period of Performance shall be 60 day after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated BELOW $25,000.00. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238990 with a size standard of $13.0M.
