- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection Office of Air and Marine, National Supply and Logistics Center located in El Paso, Texas, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Triumph Gear Systems Inc.; 6125 Silver Creek Drive; Park City, UT 84098-6242, for the overhaul/exchange of two each OH6 main rotor hubs part number 369H1200-619. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 41 USC 2304(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No telephone inquiries. SEE NOTE 22. The time for response is changed to read ten (10) days from the date of this notice.
