- Z- Burton Park - Bear Gulch Trail Construction Trail No. 87 is located on the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, Butte Ranger District, Silver Bow County, Montana. The beginning of the project is north of the intersection of Forest Roads No.84 and 8520, near the center of Section 31,TIN,R7W. The trail runs northwesterly 7.0 miles to the intersection of the Bear Gulch Trail No. 108 in the SW ? Section 14,TIN,R8W. The project is 7.0 miles long and consists of 6.5 miles of trail construction. Items of work are: mobilization, offsetting construction stakes, clearing and grubbing excavation, rock excavation, individual boulder removal, grade dips, turnpikes, ditches, borrow, PE pipe, switchbacks, puncheon, dry gully crossings, and posts and signs. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2006 with 425 Calendar Days for comletion. Interested vendors can request in writing a copy of the solicitation.
