- The subject requirement is for 03 NSNs. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. This is Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. NAICS is 423120 with 500 as the standard size. The solicitation will be available on May 22, 2006 at https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All responsible sources may be submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacturer the item and provide the evidence to the government. See notes 9 and 26. While may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
