- AMENDED PRESOLICITATON NOTICE: Additional market research has indicated a potential lack of sufficient Small Businesses capable of performing under this effort. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 488111 with a small business size standard of $6.5M. At this time, we are requesting capability packages from all potential small businesses under the stated NAICS code that are capable of performing this effort IAW the attached draft Statement of Work and draft DD254, Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification.
