- The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) on behalf of the Defense Advisory Committee on Military Compensation (DACMC) intends to award a Sole Source contract to The Lewin Group, 3130 Fairview Park Drive, Suite 800, Falls Church, VA. The purposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is for Analytical Support for the Tenth Quadrennial Review of Military Compensation. No solicitation will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Performance period is from date of award through April 30, 2007. Award is anticipated on or about 8 May 2006. Interested firms may email capability statements to the attention of Michael Murtha at michael.murtha@whs.mil. Capability statements must be received within 10 days from publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
