Description: Black Iron Oxide: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) plans to negotiate and award Pigment Magnetic Oxide to Rockwood Pigments, 7101Murkirk Road, Beltsville, Maryland 20705. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. See numbered note 22.
