- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division NSWCCD requires Analyst Support Services for it's Business Operations Department. The Navy intends to award a sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Nancy L. Schmidt. The contractor posesses unique coorporate knowledge and understanding of all functional areas of the Business Operations Department. A key facet of the contractors unique capabilities is their established ability to operate on behalf of the Operations Director across the NSWCCD organization and outside commands such as NAVSEA, FISC, and NAVSUP. This experience comes from several years as a government employee and support contractor working in these areas.
