- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is requesting comments from industry in regards to specifications for CONSTRUCTION Request for Proposal Solicitations in reference to pricing data requirements in MasterFormat 2004. Your comments will be used for comparative purposes with the Government's comments for final review and inclusion in future solicitations. We ask that you please access the Government URL address: https://www.nwo.usace.army.mil/html/ct-m/webpage.htm and click on the link noted as Request for Industry Comments on Construction Solicitation Specifications. There you will find specific text that the Government is proposing to insert within Construction Request for Proposal Solicitations for all NAICS codes in Section 23, Construct ion. Within this text, please review Item e in Paragraph 1.1.1 in addition to the MasterFormat 2004 Level One breakdown.
