- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-06-Q-0043 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2006-0329. This solicitation will be set-aside for small business IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System is 334119. The small business size is 500 employees. BID SCHEDULE: Bid Schedule shall be for HP Laser Printers; Laser Jet 4250DTN, 24 ea, Color Laser Jet 9500N, 1 ea, Office Jet 7310, 3 ea, Color Jet 4700DN, 7 ea, and Color Laser Jet 3500N, 1 ea. All items quoted must be the exact items listed OR EQUAL. The contracting officer will determine if the quoted products are suitable substitutions making them qualify as an OR EQUAL product. DELIVERY/ACCEPTANCE: Delivery shall be made not later than 31 May 2006 to 347 MXG, 6131 Wagner St, Moody AFB, GA 31699. FOB POINT: Destination. Destination price must include shipping. EVALUATION: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the best value offeror based on price and the contractor's ability to meet the delivery schedule.
