- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for office furniture for building 600/Aeromedical Squadron, Buckley AFB CO in accordance with FAR part 12 regulations, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The award will go to Herman Miller of 1899 Wynkoop St SE 550, Denver CO 80202-1083. This requirement is considered sole source due to the fact that it is a continuation of a renovation project and the furniture must match existing. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
