- This acquisition is for a firm fixed price purchase on NSN: 4925-01-154-8804RN This item is an Ammunition Trailer( 20 MM Replenisher), P/N: 798E885. This acquisition is for a qty of 25 EA in the basic year and 2 option years with a qty of OPTION I( 1-30ea.) OPTION II( 1-30ea). Description: Height 39.3?, Length 79.4?, Width 30.7?, Weight 330lbs. Delivery schedule: Due 15 Jan 2007.Dest: Multiple destinations. Func: The ammunition loading transporting trailer is used in support of the F-16A/B. It is used to replenish the aircraft supply of 20MM Ammunition. The approximate solicitation date will be 13 May 2006 with the approximate response date of 13 June 2006. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. This acquisition may/does involve technology that has a military or space application. The only US contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with DLSC ( 1-800-352-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors must submit a copy of their current approved DD form 2345 with their request for password access. To Request this certification, write to the commander, Defense Logistics Services Center, ATTN: DLSC- FEB, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 and request a copy of DD form 2345 or call DLSC at the above number.
