Description

This solicitation is issued for NSN 1680-00-850-6369 Cushion Assembly, Seat RFP #: SPM4A6-06-R-0149 . Boeing Helicopter Company, Cage 77272, P/N A02ES011-1 Sources: Conrad Company, Cage 22539, Arnold Moore Associates, Cage 51177 and Dow Cover Company Inc., Cage 33514. Configuration Control and Critical Application applies. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST TO DSCR-VABA. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 284 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 300 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 75 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, l998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
