- The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 05/16/2006 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. Item Description: Antenna 5985-01-352-9675 QFD = 320 Contract type is Indefinite Quantity Contract with a guaranteed minimum. Contract will be firm fixed price. FOB Destination to any location in the continental US will be requested. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration of the contract (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. The solicitation is unrestricted. Price breaks will be requested. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
