- This RFP is issued on behalf of the Academy for Educational Development (AED) under Task Order No.EEE-I-09-01-00010-00 with USAID. The Academy for Educational Development (AED) is seeking written proposals from qualified U.S. and Egyptian private-sector, non-governmental organizations for the supply of books and other materials and their delivery to the designated recipients, as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The books and other materials are destined for registered public and private Kindergartens (KG1 and KG2) and public primary schools grades 1 and 2 (P1 and P2), as well as to other recipients in Egypt. AED is procuring these services under its contract with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for the National Book Program for Schools (NBPS).
