- Quantity 10 each P/N 622270-1L Guide, Sealing Strip, provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM), after preparation, application of coating and finishing, will be returned as P/N 627409-1L Quantity 10 each P/N 622270-1R Guide, Sealing Strip, provided as GFM, after preparation, application of coating and finishing, will be returned as P/N 627409-1R Technical Data Requirements defined in Material Process Requirements (MPR) 1075, drawing and drawing notes. Higher Level Quality Program required. Quality Assurance Testing required to insure processing steps, sequences and thermal sprayed coatings are capable of minimizing fretting of mating parts, refer to MPR 1075, specifications, drawing and drawing notes. Coating methods may involve plasma spraying, High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) spraying, consumable wire electrodes in an electric are system or consumable wire using oxygen-fuel gas. Finished dimensional requirements defined in drawings/drawing notes. A Certificate of Quality Compliance (COC) Material, Operator and Process Certifications are required. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, Lakehurst, NJ. Required Delivery Date is: First set (627409-1L & -1R) of Guide, Sealing Strips are due two weeks after receipt of GFM with balance due two weeks after Inspection & Acceptance of first set. Quote price shall include delivery to Lakehurst, NJ. Pre-award survey and post award conference are anticipated. Export Controlled Data included, certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted (FAXED) with request for RFQ package. Request RFQ package in writing (FAXED) by 09 March 2006 from POC listed. Quotes are due by COB 23 March 2006. See Government Numbered Notes 1 and 8. All contractors seeking award must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
