Description

This is a notice of intent to issue an award to the incumbent, AvePoint, Inc. 370 Campus Drive, Suite 105, Somerset, NJ 08873-1128, to continue to provide maintenance and service for their product, DocAve Backup Current Version at the United States Army Special Operation Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The period of performance is for a Base period, 8 August 2006 through 7 August 2007 and four (4) Option years through 2011. This notice is not a request for offers. The anticipated date of award is 4 May 2006. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Responses to this notice will be used to determine if bonafide competition exists. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. All responses from responsible sources will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses are due no later than 3 May 1006 at 1:00 p.m. EST. No extensions will be granted. Only electronic submission will be accepted. No telephone responses will be accepted.
