- One-year, single award term contract with four option years for the production of reports requiring such operations as printing, binding, labeling, packing and distribution. Approximately 12 orders per year, average of 1,250 copies per order, 4 pages per order, trim size: 8-1/2 x 11 (fold 11 x 17" to 8-1/2 x 11"). Prints head to head or head to side in black ink only on 50 lb. white offset book. Adequate gripper margins. Approximately 50% of copies mailed as self-mailers.
