- This contract will be a Firm Fixed Price. The purpose of this solicitation is to select a contractor to perform partitioning and miscellaneous repairs for the Tampa Florida Service Center. Projects awarded from this contract will range from $2,000 to $500,000. The contractor will provide all labor, material, supplies, transportation, equipment, and supervision to complete the project. Trades required are carpenter, plumbers, electricians, laborers, and painter. These and other trades are identified in the Davis Bacon Wage Determinations in the solicitation. The minimum guarantee is $2,500. The maximum order limitation is $500,000. The contract includes a Base and Two Option Periods. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for each delivery order over $25,000. NAICS CODE is 236220. Size Standard is $31.0 million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Bid Documents will be available by request, mailed hard copy on or about May 11, 2006.
