- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 9,423 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space to yield a minimum of 8,604 Usable Square Feet (USF) of office and related space. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in a modern existing building or new construction. Build to lease projects will be considered. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located within the following delineated area: City of Kokomo, IN. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking to accommodate 36 vehicles is required. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years firm.
