Description

The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 10,724 rentable square feet of space to yield 9,325 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in Tampa, Florida within the following delineated area: North: Cass Street East: Jefferson Street South: Whiting Street West: Ashley Street The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and 2 covered parking spaces on-site or within 2 blocks of the offered site. Occupancy date is April 1, 2007 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agent must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for mid-late June, 2006.
