- ** MODIFICATION TO INCREASE RSF** The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,490 rentable sq. ft in Santa Fe, New Mexico within the following designated area: The boundaries are I-25 North to St Francis (285/84), St Francis (285/84), North to Cerrillos Road to Cerrillow/St Francis intersection to Cerillos/I-25 intersection. The space should yield between 4,600 to 4,830 BOMA usable sq. ft. Parking is required for 7 vehicles. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 30, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. **Proposed building should be within 3 blocks of a public bus stop and on a daily postal route. This E-posting is in pursuant to Executive Order 13006, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act & Public Buildings Cooperative Use Act of 1976. The General Services Administration is using a tenant broker to represent the government in the lease negotiations for this transaction.
