- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for materials and services to repair the Exterior Insulation Finish System at the Chesapeake Bay Detachment, 5813 Bayside Road Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. A job site visit is required as part of the solicitation process for the exact location, dimensions and conditions for repairing the Exterior Insulation Finish System. Additional specifications will appear on RFQ. See note(s) 1. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading on the 16 day after publication of this synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation.
