- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to modify the specifications, re-open the solicitation and extend the period in which proposals can be received. 1.) In the specifications, Paragraph 2.1 (j) Signal/Idler wavelength separation optics: DELETE: The ratio of the desired beam (signal or idler) intensity to the rejected beam (idler or signal) intensity must be greater than 104. ADD: The signaler/idler wavelength separation: in the idler beam the composition of the Signal can go as high as 10% (relative to Idler total energy). The Signal beam, the composition of the Idler is less than 1% (<0.02% relative to the total Signal energy). 2.) The solicitation is open effective 26 April 2006 and proposals may be received until 3:00 pm EDT 3 May 2006. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
