- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all operations necessary to furnish the Gate Anchorage Assemblies and Anchor Arm Assemblies for various locks along the Ohio River which are operated by the Louisville District, Corps of Engineers. All work is to be completed in accordance with the Specifications included in the RFQ, referenced drawings, Industry Standards and any and all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. The Contractor will be r equired to package all items as indicated in the specifications and deliver all the completed parts and assemblies to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville Repair Station, Physical Support Branch, 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, KY 40212-1010. Delivery shall be made by January 30, 2007. This contract includes but is not limited to the casting and forging of various parts, milling and machining of the specified parts, Quality Control Testing and Acceptance, painting, part identification and pac kaging. NOTE: This RFQ is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this procurement is: 332710. The size standard is 500 employees. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. This RFQ will be available by downloading from the Internet only. T here are NO hard copies mailed. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
