- Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract for one IBOS Seminar that prepares U.S. Soldiers to operate in non-traditional environments and perform critical contingency tasks that enables them to meet the challenges of d eployment. The seminar shall include Situational Training Exercise (STX), with role player/interpretor support; Subject Matter Expert mentor suppor during STX, to include foreign language role players and interpretor support. Place of performance is the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Grafenwoehr, Germany. Period of performance is 1 Jun 06 15 Aug 06. Draft Solicitation W912CM-06-T-1043 will be issued on or around 28 Apr 06 with quotes due no later than 22 May 06.
