Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to conduct a commercial item acquisition. The solicitation, evaluation, and award procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1, 13.106-2 and 13.106-3 are being used. The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to purchase the following: Reverse Osmosis Units (R/O), Village Marine P/N PW-1200-2 RO, Brand Name or Equal to include commercial warranty, parts kits, manuals, customer support, drawings and provisioning technical documentation. Request for Proposal (RFP) HSCG40-06-R-40033 will be available for download from FEDBIZOPPs on or about April 18, 2006. The Government intends to award a Requirements Contract with a base year and 4 option years, as a result of this competition. The specifications and requirements will be included in RFP HSCG40-06-R-40033.
