- Modification issued to cite the following: Solicitation will be an RTC (Requirements Type Contract). There will be no stock locations. Only DVD in Bulk Shipments. Delivery is 30 DAYS. Solicitation Issue Date is changed to on or before: May 26, 2006. Closing date will be 26 June 2006. Solicitation No: SP0406-06-R-1049, NSNs: 6850-01-341-9855. Estimated annual quantity is 11,000 Gallons for the Base Year. Solicitation will be for one base year plus two option years, 100% Small Business Setaside, Full and Open after exclusion of sources, ABVS applies. There is no surge requirement. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 5%. The Government's required delivery schedule for this NSN is 30 DARO for Stock. FOB Destination (stock locations), Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
