- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 6695-01-193-4959, YPG06010000858, Transducer, Motional, in accordance with McDonnell Douglas, Cage: 02731, P/N 7-211D10003-11, DWG 7-211D10003, REV E. Another source listed on the AID is Honeywell INT?L, Cage: 96774, P/N 3869008-5. This requirement is for a Definite Quantity Contract with a base and no option. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have a Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Proposals will be based on a quantity of 240 each. Award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB at Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The anticipated issue date is May 17, 2006. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with price and delivery being equal.
