- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott AFB IL will procure a Facilities Service Contract for Computer Raised Floor Cleaning and Preventative Maintenance Services for various Defense Information System Agency (DISA) sites. This requirement is 100% set aside for 8a vendors. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19, the Government intends for this acquisition to be offered for competition limited to 8a concerns. The Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated as 15 May 2006 through 14 May 2007 with (4) 1-year options. The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210. The solicitation and all related documents are attached at the DITCO Home Page, Contracting Opportunities at https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/public/asp/dcop.asp. The solicitation requires vendor registration for eligibility. The solicitation will be available on or about 27 March 2006. Vendors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and all related documents to include Amendments to the solicitation. Contractors should also attempt to upload their response as early as possible to ensure no problems arise at the last minute. The amendments shall be referenced in your proposal. Proposals shall be submitted via uploading to the DITCO Contracting Opportunities page referenced above and one copy mailed to the address identified in Section L of the solicitation. All questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing via email NLT 9:00 A.M., Central Time, 3 April 2006. No extensions will be granted. Responses to questions shall be provided by Amendment to all participants by the anticipated date of 6 April 2006. The resulting award of this solicitation will be lowest price technically acceptable offer conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Government shall select the offer based on Lowest Price, Technical Services, and Past Performance. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Submission of proposals are due NLT 1:00 P.M., Central Time, Monday, 15 May 2006. The related attachments include the solicitation, Wage Determinations for the various locations where services are to be performed, and Past Performance Survey.
