- The Department of Treasury?s Bureau of the Public Debt intends to issue a solicitation for a website content change detection and user e-mail notification system on behalf of the Federal Consulting Group (FCG). The requirement is for an e-mail notification system that would aid agencies by providing a subscription service offering website users the opportunity to sign up for and receive e-mail notifications when specific website content has changed. This system should provide integrated e-mail subscription management for multiple websites or web pages, and content management server integration without a back end database or without content server integration. The installed system will monitor for changes in website content and automatically send change notifications to subscribers in real time when changes occur. This procurement is set-aside for small business competition only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is $23.0 million. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with an estimated maximum amount of $9.7 million. The period of performance will be a base year and four option years.
