- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The 15th Annual National Small Business Council (NSBC) Industry Day and Small Business Opportunity Fair will take place on May 17, 2006 at the Naval Support Activity South Potomac in Dahlgren, VA. The theme of this year?s event is EQUIPPING BUSINESS TO DO BUSINESS AT NSWC DAHLGREN. Speaking topics will include: NSWC Dahlgren Division Strategic Plan 2005-2010, Wide Area Workflow, Doing Business with Dahlgren, Department of the Navy Mentor Prot?g? Program, Maximizing Your Marketing and Business Development Efforts. This annual event will consist of a Small Business and Large Contractor Fair, and will include a full day of Briefings by both the Government and Industry and a networking breakfast.
