- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting synopses and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This is an add-on sole source acquisition to L-Tech Enterprises Inc., 509 Texas School Road, Eubank, KY 42567 for 12 gauge disrupter cartridges for use in the Percussion Actuated Non-electric (PAN) disrupter system. The Government intends to increase the contract maximum quantities shown as follows: MK 274 Mod 0 Maximum Quantity is increased by 75,000 to 150,000 each MK 275 Mod 0 Maximum Quantity is increased by 75,000 to 150,000 each MK 277 Mod 0 Maximum Quantity is increased by 75,000 to 150,000 each MK 279 Mod 0 Maximum Quantity is increased by 75,000 to 150,000 each MK 280 Mod 0 Maximum Quantity is increased by 75,000 to 150,000 each These disrupter cartridges shall be manufactured to be totally compatible with the Percussion Actuated Non-electric (PAN) disrupter system manufactured by Ideal Products Incorporated located in Lexington, KY. In addition these cartridges must be manufactured using Navy Qualified Propellants and Primers. Military packaging shall be required for these cartridges. Award of a firm-fixed price, IDIQ contract modification is anticipated. Delivery is required to begin within 60 days after each delivery order is issued, and shall be FOB destination. The anticipated delivery locations are NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane, IN or US Mac Depot, Hawthorne, NV. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Numbered Note 22 applies to this acquisition.
