- 06SQ670013 Canyon Ferry Campground Fee Processing. Solicitation Documents are not available electronically. Base Year May 5, 2006 thru September 15, 2006 with four option years to follow. The Bureau of Reclamation, Montana Area Office, has the requirement for "courier" services to pick up and process campground fee envelopes for the Canyon Ferry Recreation Area, located approximately 22 miles east of Helena, Montana. Under this contract, the contractor is required to: a. Pick up unopened fee envelopes from the Canyon Ferry Division Office located at 7700 Canyon Ferry Road, Helena, Montana 59601. The pick ups will start on May 16, 2006 and end on September 21, 2006. Exact dates for future years will be determined by start and end of recreation season. Fee pick up is required on Tuesdays between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., and return delivery of processed fees on Thursdays between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Approximately 18 pick ups and 18 deliveries will be made during the contract period. b. Furnish durable carrying bags that are equipped with locks. c. Transport the unopened fee envelopes in the locked bags to a secure area. d. Two persons will open the fee envelopes and process the contents as cited below. e. Secure any necessary permits with Local, State, or Federal authorities in the performance of this contract. f. Provide all equipment and transportation necessary to meet the requirements of the contract. Vehicles used in the performance of this contract will be in good operable condition and properly licensed and insured. g. The contractor must be bonded, obtaining fidelity insurance in the amount of $25,000.
