- Pursuant to Public Law 108-183 Section 308 and Executive Order 13360 we intend to award a contract to Jones Davis Group, Inc. 4041 Williams Blvd., Kenner, LA 0065, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The contract is for the rep air and replacement of fifty-six (56) ballast and one hundred twenty-five (125) lamps at the Nichols USARC/ECS #158 AMSA in Anniston, AL. Under Section 308 of PL 108-183, an award less than $3 million may be made to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis. This is not a request for proposals. A firm fixed price commerical contract will be awarded 25 April 2006.
