Description
This modification includes the following: Purchase Description, PD04WRLEEV23, Tactical Automated Service Station, dated 27 February 2006 is hereby superceded with Purchase Description, PD04WRLEEV23, Tactical Automated Service, Revision 1 dated 19 April 2006. The RESPOND BY DATE is changed to: 16 May 2006 The pre-solicitation synopsis was originally posted as FA8532-05-R-76816 using Classification Code 49 and NAICS Code 336412. The classification and NAICS code is changed herein as posted. This requirement is for a 5-year, requirements-type contract for the Tactical Automated Service Station in accordance with the Purchase Description PD04WRLEEV23, dated 15 Apr 2005. This requirement will consist of one basic period of 12 months and 4 annual options with best estimated quantities. There is no minimum or maximum order amount established . This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business participation. FAR 15 procedures will be employed with a First Article required, First Article Test Procedures IAW DD Form 1423 in addition to data requirements such as technical manuals, Provisioning IAW DD Form 1423-1 and Conference Agenda Design Review (PDR/CDR) IAW DD Form 1423-1. ANTICIPATED THAT THE RFP WILL BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT 1 AUG 2005. THE RFP WILL BE POSTED TO THE FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WEBPAGE. POINT OF CONTACT: THOMAS ELLER, (478) 222-1893. Numbered Notes Apply: 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 23. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
