- Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation and incidentals as necessary to provide the 552d ACW training and technical support services for the E-3 Aircraft software at Tinker AFB OK. A service contract is contemplated. The proposed contract is Sole Source to The Boeing Company, Seattle WA, 98124. The period of performance is one (1) basic and four (4) option years with the basic year performance beginning on or before 15 Jul 2006 through 14 Jul 2007. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. ORCA is an e-Government initiative that was designed by the Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) to replace the paper based Representations and Certifications (Reps and Certs) process.
