- Description
- The Amarillo VA Healthcare System in Amarillo, Texas is soliciting for the Hearing Aid Dispensing Program (HADP) for in-house and service. This will include but not be limited to audiological evaluations, earmold impressions, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid follow ups, and hearing aid checks to be provided at the Amarillo VA Medical Center. Also conducting all required Compensations & Pension (C&P) examinations, which include audiological assessment, impedance testing, speech reception thresholds, and speech discrimination testing. Solicitation will be available on or about April 21, 2006; proposals will be due by 3:30 p.m. CST on May 19, 2006. Successful offeror must be self insured. Award may or may not be made from solicitation subject to availability of funding. Request for proposals must be made in writing. Vendor must have two full time audiologists at the Amarillo VA Medical Center 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday.
