- The Department of Health and Human services intends to negotiate a Unit Price Agreement (UPA) for renovation services on a sole source basis with the Lessor of the Parklawn Building, Fishers Lane LLC. This UPA will predetermine costs associated with renovation projects required by various DHHS agencies that are tenants of the Parklawn Building, Rockville, MD. Types of projects include but are not limited to, carpentry, painting, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems. The award will be a base year with four (4) option years.
