- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-06-029-REL. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete renovation of the Tribal Water Plant at Crow Agency, Montana on the Crow Indian Reservation. The work includes installation of a new plant control system and replacement of the 480V electrical panel. This project includes, but is not limited to, electrical and plumbing work. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is April 26, 2006, with a closing date of May 19, 2006. The completion time is 90 calendar days after notice-to-proceed. This project is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns.
