- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes in accordance with the requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-06-033-REL. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to renovate the existing entry plaza at the Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital on the Crow Indian Reservation, Crow Agency, Montana. The project consists of replacing the brick pavers with decorative concrete, installing flagpole lighting, and replacing portions of asphalt roadways with concrete at the loading dock and emergency room entrance. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is April 26, 2006, with a closing date of May 12, 2006. The completion time is 60 calendar days after notice-to-proceed. This project is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns.
